When I take your investment property listing, I will create marketing materials that include:
Offering Memorandum
A complete snapshot of the property, including photos, financials, rent roll, comparable sales and rents in the area and highlights of nearby towns, recreational areas and businesses. This brochure is sent to interested buyers and their agents and distributed at open houses and tours, and is prominently displayed on my website at www.marinapartmentinvestments.com.
Internet Exposure on 1,000 Websites
Your listing will be featured on my personal website, as well as CoStar, LoopNet, MLS and up to 1,000 websites affiliated with the Berkshire Hathaway Drysdale Properties network. Other sites include Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia and Homes.com. We are mobile friendly, so anyone with a cell phone can search for your property listing on their phone, desktop, laptop or iPad!
E Blast to Realtors and Investors
Your listing will be featured in my monthly E Blast to a select list of local investors to introduce them to your property for sale. Other E Blasts will be sent out by the Berkshire Hathaway Drysdale Properties’ marketing department that reaches agents in all North Bay counties, Sacramento and as far away as Reno, NV.
Property Tours and Open Houses
Since most multifamily properties are occupied during the marketing period, tours will be scheduled for brokers and their investor clients, at least 48 hours after notice to the tenants. For public Open Houses, notice will be at least 7 days in advance within specific hours. Your agent will be responsible for scheduling, notifying and attending at property tours and open houses.
Mailings and Postcards
Your property will be featured in special mailings that include newsletters and postcards sent to investors in Marin County. All materials are created by the listing agent with the assistance of Berkshire Hathaway Drysdale Properties dedicated operations manager and other marketing specialists working in-house. The listing agent also reaches investors through a quarterly newsletter sent to all Marin County investment property owners.
