Bay View Duplex With Owner’s Unit

The two-story wood frame building was built in 1921 and extensively remodeled over the years with updated kitchens and baths, wraparound decks with spectacular views of the Bay, a secluded, spacious brick patio, and lush greenery outside the upper owner’s unit.
